Safari Itinerary & Experience Overview

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our friendly Wildnest Safari representative will welcome you and transfer you to your lodge in Arusha. Enjoy a relaxing evening and a delicious dinner as you prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, home to vast elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch in the park.

Day 3: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

Depart early for Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s most famous wildlife reserve. The journey takes you through the Ngorongoro Highlands with scenic views along the way. Afternoon game drive in the endless plains of the Serengeti.

Spend the entire day exploring Serengeti’s diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife. Witness the Great Migration (seasonal), big cats on the hunt, and countless wildebeests and zebras grazing freely.
